Constantinos Charalambous Exhibition, Cyprus

Was born in Pallouriotissa, Nicosia, Cyprus, in 1952. I have been interested in the art of photography since my childhood. In 1986, I joined the the Cyprus Photographic Society and has been its Secretary General for three years; since 2001 I'm its President (with a two-years break: 2005-2006).

On this position I developed a prolific activity by organizing more than fifty photographic events yearly. Besides,I represent Cyprus in International Congresses and International Photographic Meetings, organized six personal photographic exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions, presented nearly seven slide projections with traveling subjects, was a member of judging committees at photographic competitions for many times. A lot of my photos were distinguished in Cyprus as well as abroad. Finally, I have the title AFIAP of the International Federation of Photographic Art since 1995.
